Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted once a purchase has been made, unless the item has been damaged during delivery. This policy is in place due to the delicate and original nature of the artworks.
Collection Options
Local Pickup: Personal collection is available by appointment only and must be arranged in advance.
Delivery: A professional art courier service can be arranged. Delivery fees are quoted individually based on size, weight, distance, and required insurance. The buyer will receive a delivery quote prior to confirming the order.
Payment
Payment is required in full before the artwork is released for collection or delivery. Payment methods and invoicing will be arranged directly with the artist or representative.
Damaged Items During Transit
If a work is delivered and arrives damaged, this must be reported to the artist within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence of the packaging and the artwork. Appropriate insurance and claims will be managed via the courier service.
Ownership and Copyright
Purchase of the artwork transfers ownership of the physical object only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
