Creation is a process of mutual transformation, the works being born on the way shape me at least as much as I shape them. My paintings have been gradually leading me from the figurative to the abstract world; which has been a slow, joyful and at the same time painful process.

These smaller-scale works are predecessors of my dreamscape paintings and mostly represent periods of transformation and transition between the main stages.
